Before You Return

Please email us before sending back any item. We need to review the order and provide the correct instructions. Items returned without prior contact may be delayed or unable to be matched to your request.

Condition

Eligible returns should be unused, clean, and in their original packaging when possible. Grooming and care items that show use, wear, damage, or hygiene concerns may not qualify for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact service@vireillio.com with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
